El artículo pretende reconstruir la argumentación que Heidegger desarrolla sobre el concepto de persona en algunos pasajes del § 10 de Ser y tiempo. En esos breves pasajes, Heidegger comenta positivamente la noción de persona desplegada por Husserl y Scheler en el marco del movimiento fenomenológico. En consecuencia, en el artículo me concentro en identificar y comentar los principales argumentos de las Ideas II de Husserl y de la Ética y el Libro sobre la simpatía de Scheler, a partir de los cuales es posible sostener la conocida tesis según la cual la persona no es cosa ni sustancia. Finalmente, bosquejo algunos matices que se dan entre los autores respecto de la noción de persona.

El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar la relación entre las Habilidades Blandas y la Gestión Didáctica de una institución educativa de Cusco - 2021. La metodología utilizada en esta tesis está relacionada con el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, nivel correlativo, diseño no experimental con un método explicativo. La población estuvo conformada por 52 docentes, con una muestra de 34 docentes de una institución educativa de Cusco - 2021. Se utilizó la encuesta mediante un cuestionario. This paper analyzes the rules and principles applicable to restructuring plans from the double perspective of the plans that are imposed through the CCCD (Cross-Class Crawn-Down) rule and those that can be considered consensual insofar as they do not involve an interclass affectation within such plans. It also analyzes the possibility of establishing a system that allows a control of these rules either ex officio or at the request of a party and the effectiveness that can be achieved with one, the other or mixed systems. A defective control or lack of control of these could affect, in the analyzed area, free competition and therefore unduly favor some over others, both in a situation of business crisis and restructuring as well as those that are not in such a situation.

Objetivo: Identificar en los conductos radiculares de la dentición temporal las variantes anatómicas del paquete pulpar. Material y Método. En un estudio clínico, descriptivo, transversal ex vivo se analizó una muestra de 60 órganos dentales temporales pertenecientes a niños mexicanos aparentemente sanos que se indicaron para su extracción por motivos terapéuticos. Se almacenaron en agua destilada y se diafanizaron de acuerdo a la técnica descrita por Sánchez Tecopala que se modificó para aplicarse en dientes temporales.
