Se evidencia un nivel regular de monitoreo y acompañamiento pedagógico en los docentes de una Institución Educativa de Chiclayo, según un aspecto de la realidad observada. El objetivo planteado consistió en proponer un modelo de habilidades directivas para mejorar el monitoreo y acompañamiento pedagógico en esta institución. La población de estudio fue compuesta por 42 docentes de nivel secundario de la mencionada institución de Chiclayo, con quienes se inició el proceso de investigación mediante la aplicación de un instrumento de recolección de datos.
