Perú Inter Cargo (PIC) es una empresa del rubro logístico fundada hace 40 años. En la actualidad es uno de los tres operadores logísticos más importantes del país. Sin embargo, los líderes no se encuentran comprometidos con la cultura y mística de la organización. Esta falta de entusiasmo y compromiso es trasladado a todo su equipo. Por ello, el presente Trabajo de Suficiencia Profesional plantea implementar un plan de comunicación interna con el objetivo de aumentar la motivación de los colaboradores y su compromiso con la organización. Los líderes recibirán las herramientas necesarias para ser figuras de servicio, apoyo y liderazgo comprometido que guíen a la compañía a posicionarse como un gran lugar para trabajar.
