El sector financiero enfrenta una oportunidad para gestionar y mejorar su reputación, la cual se ha visto afectada debido a una ineficiente gestión de respuesta frente a una crisis generada durante la pandemia. Este factor se puede observar en la cantidad de quejas registradas en Indecopi relacionadas a la reprogramación de créditos, aplicación de intereses, cobros indebidos, reembolso de dinero, servicios no idóneos vinculados a AFP, cobros de créditos vencidos, entre otros. ASBANC, la Asociación de Bancos del Perú, se ha perjudicado por ello y, actualmente es percibida como oportunista e injusta por las quejas y comentarios negativos difundidos en los medios de comunicación. Este trabajo plantea una solución a través de un plan de comunicación integral y transversal.

This research is relevant since it seeks to analyze and highlight the importance of digital media for information spaces and political debate. The results of the findings will also contribute to determining the effectiveness and efficiency of social networks based on this theme, which will be a great contribution as it is a recent research topic. Within the social sphere, it is expected to describe how individuals (users and prominent fans of @ Deslengua2) are the main actors of the page, since, without their interactions, the publications of the page would not have the great impact that they have thanks to to them.
