Objective: To identify the relationship that self-esteem has on the subjective happiness of theemployees of the health area of a primary health center in Chillán. Methodology: Quantitativeapproach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, and correlational type. the studied populationcorresponded to 250 civil servants analyzed in an intentional non-probabilistic sample of 105 people.The Rosemberg Self-Esteem Scale and the Lyubomirsky and Lepper Subjective Happiness Scalewere used as measurement instruments. Results: There is a relationship between the medians of thevariables average self-esteem and average subjective happiness, with a significance of (P <0.000) and a strength of R = 0.386. Objective: Identify the main factors that lead adolescents to use drugs, analyzing the frequency of use.Methodology: descriptive and cross-sectional study, with a sample of 124 adolescents and youngpeople between 13 and 21 years of age, from a public secondary school in the province of Corrientes-Argentina. Results: The most frequent consumption experience was with alcohol (87.90%), thentobacco (28.22%) and marijuana (12.09%). As for the dimension “Social Permission” and “Accessibilityto Psychoactive Substances”, 62.10% He surrounds himself with friends who think that it is not wrongto get drunk, while 33.06% feel the need to consume alcohol or drugs when they are in a bar, clubor other place, considering drug consumption as normal in 57.26%. Objective: To describe the characteristics of arterial hypertension and the quality of care received,in inhabitants of vulnerable villages in Angola. Methodology: Observational, descriptive and crosssectionalstudy in 113 representatives of families from the Candundu / São Pedro, Elumbi and Sanjimbivillages. The qualitative variables were exposed using absolute and relative percentage frequencytables; while for the quantitative variables means and standard deviation were used. Objective: To analyze the relationship of lifestyle and habits associated with health care and religiosity in Chilean Adventist medical students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: Analytical and cross-sectional, census, non-experimental design. The population consisted of 72 Adventist medical students who attended or are in any year of the career in 2020 and 2021. The FANTASTIC instrument was applied, in its validated version, and an evaluation of habits associated with health care and religiosity. The work was approved by an ethics committee. Results: 55.6% are female. The mean age is 22.64. 43.1% of the students have some type of diet associated with vegetarianism. Objective: To compare the levels of depression, stress and anxiety according to Adventist affiliation during the pandemic in residents of the commune of Maipú, 2022. Methods: Quantitative, analytical, correlational and cross-sectional study, applied to a sample of 176 inhabitants of the commune of Maipú, in the Metropolitan Region of Chile, using the modified Graffar scale to measure socioeconomic level and the Depression, Stress and Anxiety Scale (DASS-21) to measure levels of symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety in the population. Objective: To understand the experience of adolescents with emotional dysregulation in a postrationalistcognitive psychotherapy process. Methodology: Qualitative approach, adopting aphenomenological perspective. It seeks to generate a grounded theory through a comprehensivehypothesis from the post-rationalist cognitive theoretical model (Krause, 1995). Objective: To analyze risky eating behaviors in relation to nutritional status and physical activity in young adults during the COVID-19 pandemic in the communes of Chillán and Chillán Viejo. Methods: Observational and cross-sectional design. A sample of 184 young adults of both sexes, who lived in two communes in the Ñuble region (Chile) during the period of confinement due to COVID-19 pandemic, was obtained. A personal history questionnaire and the SCOFF scale that assesses the risk of eating behavior disorders (EDs) were applied. Results: A 37.16% risk for ED was found (95% CI: 30.23 – 44.63%). Objective: To determine the predominant risk factors for sexually transmitted diseases in adolescents from a secondary school in Coihueco (Chile) during the second half of 2018. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted with a group of secondary school adolescents during the second half of 2018. A simple random sampling was performed. Data were processed using percentage calculation and entered into tables. Family bond, knowledge and risky behaviors were considered as sociodemographic variables in order to identify the predominant factors. Results: The sample consisted of people aged between 15 and 19 who were in the 3rd and 4th year of secondary education.
