Lleva a cabo un análisis tentativo de la relación establecida entre las variables de Locus de Control, Patrón de Conducta tipo A y Estilo Interactivo de Riesgo; con referencia a ciertas implicaciones respecto a la salud integral en el ámbito universitario. Para ello, se utilizan como instrumentos de medición la Escala de Locus de Control de Rotter (versión corta adaptada de Bail y Azzollini), la Escala de Retiro de Conducta Tipo A (ERCTA) de Rodríguez, Gil-Corbacho y Martínez, y el Test de Riesgo Asumido mediante Dados (TRAD) de Santé y Santacreu. In order to explore the relationship between management skills to negotiate conflicts, the perception of bullying and school organizational climate presented by principals and teachers of schools, was investigated for the estates management and teaching from six education. Data collection was done through three instruments: the Organizational Social Climate Questionnaire and two others that were specially adapted to our environment: the scale of perceived bullying teachers and administrators at Schools and Test Management Skills Negotiation in Conflict. Information was collected through a descriptive design and correlational, with a circumstantial non-probability sampling the study population. This communication reports the adaptation and relationship between the scale of organizational climate and sensitivity to criticism on 338 students of undergraduate, of which 140 are male and 198 female of the faculty of psychology of public university of Lima. Organizational climate scale was finally restructured into four factors: a) factor 1: negative attitude towards the organization (19 items), b) factor 2: quality of work (8 items), c) factor 3: institutional image (4 items), and d) factor 4: competition authority (6 items); while the scale of sensitivity to criticism maintained its very structure. The results arrogated the lack of relationship between organizational climate and sensitivity to criticism, in the same way sex and age does not make a difference with these.
