Todavía hay pocos estudios que relacionen la victimización por bullying y la satisfacción con la vida. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo evaluar el efecto mitigador del apoyo de las figuras adultas (en la escuela y en el hogar) sobre la relación entre la victimización por bullying y la satisfacción con la vida que experimentan los adolescentes. Con este fin, se evaluó una muestra de 5774 adolescentes de 71 escuelas públicas ubicadas en los vecindarios violentos de Lima (Perú). Over the last years, understanding the implications of prospective thinking toward the future has become of increasing interest. This study aims to delve into the relation between dispositional optimism, one of the most relevant prospective constructs, and life satisfaction. Additionally, we also seek to prove the mediating effect of different cognitive and affective variables associated with both hedonic and eudaimonic well-being on this relationship. A first study is conducted with 275 secondary students to assess the relationship between optimism and life satisfaction through self-control and grit (14.82, SD = 1.07), which indicates a mediating effect of grit but not of self-control. This research seeks to address the current problem in reference to the growing waste of perishable foodstuffs caused by deficiencies in distribution due to the various mishaps on the transport routes from the provinces to the capital, which is the main market for farmers. With the analysis of selected fruits, characteristics and uses of the reuse of these will be demonstrated in reference to the replacement of leather, generating a sustainable and economic product.  

El presente trabajo de investigación busca enfrentar la problemática actual en referencia al desperdicio en crecimiento de alimentos perecibles ocasionados por deficiencias en la distribución debido a los diversos percances en las rutas de transporte desde las provincias hasta la capital, que es el principal mercado para los agricultores y comerciantes dentro del país. Con el análisis de determinadas frutas seleccionadas en un alto estado de maduración se demostrará características y utilidades de la reutilización de estas en referencia al reemplazo del cuero, generando un producto sostenible y económico.

The focus of this research is to establish control and planning management in the sewing production process of lingerie clothing to better prepare companies for demand growth. The lack of improvement tools in this sector, the lack of staff training and a lack of quality culture has led to companies, especially MYPES, not being able to meet the established delivery times and non-fulfillment of orders with the customers, which represents 80% of dissatisfied orders due to the limited production capacity and non-productive time in the plant. This problem is due to limited production capacity, deficient production planning, and lack of materials. In order to solve this problem, industrial engineering tools were used. The application of these tools improved production from 79% to 95%.

Background From the social-ecological perspective, exposure to violence at the different developmental levels is fundamental to explain the dynamics of violence and victimization in educational centers. The following study aims at analyzing how these relationships are produced in the Peruvian context, where structural violence situations exist.
