The objective of this study was to evaluate experimentally the water-gas balance generated by solid waste from Quebrada Honda landfill at Yura district, Arequipa, where the solid waste from 14 districts of Arequipa (Peru) is disposed. The study was developed over a period of seven years and five months. By 2017 per capita production was 0.492 kg/hab/day with a municipal generation of 709.46 T/day of solid waste from 17 municipalities in Arequipa. Biogas generation is highest on platform 2 and 5, with an average of 35% V/V, with the minimum amount of methane generation to generate energy of 20% V/V. Objetivo: Describir los hallazgos endoscópicos en pacientes adultos sometidos a endoscopía alta por presentar pirosis, y establecer la relación entre la presencia de hernia hiatal (HH) y esofagitis erosiva (EE). Población y métodos: Se realizó un estudio observacional analítico transversal, en el cual se revisaron los reportes endoscópicos de todos los pacientes mayores de 16 años que fueron evaluados por pirosis en nuestra institución, entre Diciembre de 1998 y Diciembre del 2001. Para establecer la relación existente entre hernia hiatal y la presencia de esofagitis erosiva se utilizó el Odds Ratio (OR). This work aims to determine the relation of the results of the Peruvian national assessment of students that finish the third cycle of compulsory education in the area of mathematics and the knowledge and development of abilities considered at second level in the national assessment of students by the elementary teachers of nine schools under feedback-based monitoring by the Strategic Learning Achievement Program in the Local Educational Management Unit of South Arequipa. According to the results obtained, there is a high correlation between the Educational Quality Exam results and the results of the teachers’ test and the observation form applied to the teachers.
