Esta investigación pretende determinar la Percepción del bullying que presentan los estudiantes del quinto grado de Educación primaria de la I.E.N. “3004 España” del distrito del Rímac, año 2013. El objetivo de la investigación fue diseñar y Validar un cuestionario para evaluar la lealtad del paciente al médico de servicios privados. El enfoque fue el cuantitativo, investigación con diseño instrumental encaminado al desarrollo de pruebas, exploratorio porque abordó un problema poco estudiado en nuestra realidad de gestión en salud peruana. La muestra estuvo conformada por 586 pacientes usuarios de la consulta externa.
