In Colombia, teacher-researchers have integrated information and communication technologies (ICT) and artificial intelligence (AI) tools such as Chat GPT and Chat PDF, which have transformed the way science education and academic writing are taught to undergraduate students in Higher Education Institutions (HEI). The objective of this research was to systematize the experience in the training of human resources using these technologies. A qualitative methodology was adopted, based on the model of systematization of experiences, which included planning, reconstruction of processes, analysis, interpretation and communication of learning derived from conducting research work. This research focuses on reconstructing the management for change that leads the management of the family farm "Los Cedros". This objective is developed using qualitative approaches from the research methodology: case study, supported by the genogram to establish the structure of the family business of speciality coffees, Cauca origin. These were complemented with a questionnaire that allowed the identification of the development components in relation to: product, process and planning, which show the management of the family business. The results show the beginning, the evolution of the activity, the processes and forms of administrative management and the organisational development of the individuals involved, which have allowed the strengthening of the business and its projected growth in the Cauca coffee-growing sector. La integración de las tecnologías en los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje de la formación investigativa e investigación formativa es indispensable para el desarrollo de profesionales íntegros. En este sentido, el objetivo del presente estudio es explorar el conocimiento tecnológico, pedagógico y de contenido (Technological, Pedagogical and Content Knowledge -TPACK) de los docentes responsables de los procesos investigativos al interior de los programas de pregrado en modalidad virtual.
