El objetivo de esta investigación fue establecer la relación entre la cultura organizacional y la percepción del clima organizacional en el personal administrativo nombrado de una universidad privada de Lima. La muestra fue de 100 personas entre profesionales, técnicos y auxiliares pertenecientes a las diferentes áreas administrativas siendo una muestra no probabilística a conveniencia del autor. Se obtuvo la información aplicando una encuesta y un cuestionario. La metodología utilizada correspondió a una investigación aplicada, con un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo correlacional de corte transversal y de diseño no experimental.
