Objectives: to describe the organisational climate in the workers of the Plaza Vea supermarket, Ica- 2022. Materials and methods: this study has a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental cross-sectional design, descriptive level; counting as population the workers of the supermarket, the sample consisted of a total of 50 workers, the technique was the Likert scale survey and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire with 22 items and 5 dimensions, the data will be analysed using the SPSS program.
