Objective. The study aimed to apply cloud-based tools to determine the levels of digital competencies of teachers at the University of Huanuco, Peru. Methods. The study was framed within the framework of applied research, under the experimental method and quasi-experimental design. The population consisted of 663 teachers at the University of Huanuco and the sample consisted of 244 teachers. A structured survey questionnaire was used, which was applied before and after the application. A parametric test was applied to test the main hypothesis and determine whether there was an improvement in the digital competencies of teachers. Results. This article exposes and argues the learning theory called connectivism; a new learning paradigm that is beginning to be applied in this digital era, based on the interconnection of the nodes of a wide network of information and knowledge. The paper mentions some theories that gave rise to this new type of learning, as well as the foundations of this theory by its creators and advocates. The role of the teacher in this new form of learning and the importance of the student or participant node are explained; also, how this theory could evolve by implementing artificial intelligence and how intelligent connections could be achieved. Finally, the theory is projected to a new form of learning based on artificial education, resorting to intelligent nodes and conjecturing, in a certain way, the rupture of the indispensability of the teacher in this learning process.

Objective. To determine the level of burnout syndrome presented by university teachers during virtual classes. Methods. A simple descriptive design was used, the burnout syndrome was determined based on three dimensions: emotional fatigue, depersonalization and personal fulfillment. The population was made up of all the teachers of Universidad de Huánuco, 531 teachers during the 2020-II period. The instrument for collecting these data was based on the transparency section of the official website of Universidad de Huánuco. Objective. To implement a Computer System to optimize the attendance control process of students of School of Systems and Computer Engineering from the Department of Engineering of Universidad de Huanuco, 2018. Methods. The research had an application level, of a technological type because information and communication technology were used for the development and application of this research. El propósito del presente estudio fue investigar y comprobar la influencia de las Herramientas Web 2.0 en el manejo de la ecoeficiencia en el desarrollo de actitudes ambientales en los alumnos del nivel primario de la I.E.P “María Bambina” de la ciudad de Huánuco en el 2013.
