The present research work has the purpose of determine the influence of George Pólya method in the talent improvement in mathematical problems’ solution in third-grade Primary Education students of the N°821263 Educational Institution of Aylambo hamlet of Cajamarca´s district, province and department, in the year 2018. The population sample was 14 third-grade Primary Education students of the N°821263 Educational Institution of Aylambo hamlet. El presente estudio denominado “Guía metodológica de desarrollo de habilidades sociales para mejorar la convivencia escolar en docentes y estudiantes del cuarto grado de educación primaria de la institución educativa N° 821263 del caserío Aylambo, provincia y región Cajamarca” plantea que las habilidades sociales no solo son importantes por lo que se refiere a las relaciones con los compañeros, sino que, también, permiten que el estudiante asimile los papeles y normas sociales. Por tanto, las interacciones sociales proporcionan a los estudiantes la oportunidad de aprender y efectuar habilidades sociales que puedan influir de forma crítica en su posterior adaptación social, emocional y académica.
