El propósito de la investigación fue conocer cómo es el cuidado humanizado que brinda la enfermera a la madre primeriza y su recién nacido en el Hospital Víctor Ramos Guardia. La metodología que se utilizó fue: Investigación de trayectoria cualitativa, descriptiva. La información se recolecto con una entrevista semiestructurada aplicada a doce madres primerizas atendidas en el servicio de Gineco-obstetricia, se tuvo en cuenta los criterios éticos y de rigor científico. Del análisis se obtuvieron dos categorías: modos de cuidar de enfermería, con tres subcategorías: (des) cuidado de enfermería, prevalecen los procedimientos y limitaciones para desarrollar el cuidado humanizado; la segunda categoría: orientación para la maternidad conformada por dos subcategorías: orientación para atender al recién nacido y orientación a la madre para su cuidado personal. En nuestra sociedad actual se percibe una tenencia irresponsable de perros, observamos una gran cantidad que deambulan en las vías públicas, parques y jardines de las ciudades y Huaraz no es ajena a esta problemática, los perros ocasionan malestar, porque forman jaurías, diseminan la basura, ensuciar calles, parques y jardines con la orina y sus heces las cuales se pulverizan y las personas terminamos respirándolas, causándonos enfermedades. Por éstas razones nos planteamos el objetivo de estudiar la relación entre los perros callejeros y la contaminación de las vías públicas en esta ciudad. El estudio fue descriptivo correlacional, realizando el conteo de perros, encuesta sobre la crianza de perros dirigida a jefes de familia, en seis barrios previamente zonificados, para el análisis microbiológicos se tomaron muestras de heces al azar en cada barrio.
