En el estudio se relaciona el Clima Laboral y la Vulnerabilidad al Estrés en 151 trabajadores del área de administración y planta de una Empresa de Industria Textil de la Ciudad de Arequipa, Perú. El promedio de edad es de 35 años, de los cuales el 72.8% son mujeres y el 27.2% son hombres. Se utilizaron como instrumentos la Escala de Clima Laboral CL- SPC de Palma (2004) y el Test de Vulnerabilidad al Estrés de Miller y Smith (1987). Los resultados indican que el 47% de trabajadores tiene una actitud media hacia el Clima Laboral y la edad no correlaciona con la variable, asimismo, las mujeres tienen una actitud más favorable que los hombres, se observa también que el personal administrativo presenta puntajes más altos que los trabajadores de planta en la percepción sobre el Clima Laboral. The study analyzes the perception of citizen security in 444 settlers from the district of Paucarpata of the City of Arequipa, chosen randomly. The average age of the participants (M = 28.6, SD = 13) years, of which 47.1% are male and 52.9% are female. The instrument used was the Citizen Security Questionnaire. The results indicate low perception of citizen security and its dimensions (Reliability, Empathy and Tangible Elements), and there are statistically significant differences in the response capacity between men (M = 15.7, DE = 4.2) and women (M = 16.9). ; DE = 4.2), these differences being small TE (d = 0.29).
