The article describes Psychoeducational research done in Peru, reviewing thesis, sorne memoires, research summaries and reports, congresses, catalogs, and diagnosis publications, as well as journals and sorne books. Psychoeducational research stages are described and theses, publications, and INIDE research reports are analyzed on the basis of a series of criteria. Finally, a diagnosis of the situation of psychoeducational research in Peru is delineated.

The article describes Psychoeducational research done in Peru, reviewing thesis, sorne memoires, research summaries and reports, congresses, catalogs, and diagnosis publications, as well as journals and sorne books. Psychoeducational research stages are described and theses, publications, and INIDE research reports are analyzed on the basis of a series of criteria. Finally, a diagnosis of the situation of psychoeducational research in Peru is delineated.

The authors review fundamental aspects of Robert Gagné's Leaming Theory, highlighting its philosophical (positivism and pragmatism) and scientific bases (behaviorism and information processing). Using an epistemological framework, these aspects are assessed in terrns of its theoretical and topical validity, as well as its technical efficiency. It is concluded that Gagné's Theory is eclectic and that its scientific contribution is taxonomic. It represents a theoretical model rather than a theory.

Relationships among non-assertion, timidness and social anxiety are commented firstly. Then, items of assessment devices on assertion are analyzed, stressing the fact that non-assertive answers cou Id beco me its contrary be cause of axiologic factors. La empresa objeto de estudio registró en el 2022, mermas equivalentes a USD 100,577; de las cuales, más del 75% se generan durante el proceso de embalado de uva “Sweet Globe” (uva verde), motivo por el cual, el presente trabajo académico se enfocó en reducir la merma en este tipo de uva. Para llevar a cabo este propósito, se planteó un análisis de las causas que generan la merma, a través de un diagnóstico de los factores que componen el proceso. Se agrupó la información en un árbol de problemas, mostrando que un 66.9 % de las mermas, se deben a materiales y maquinaria. A través de la herramienta de Pareto, se determinó que las causas a corregir son el diseño de los envases por donde caen las bayas, las fajas mecánicas que generan vibración y la mala manipulación del personal.
