Ha tenido como objetivo general establecer como La gestión del talento humano, la gestión por procesos incide en la calidad de servicio. En tal sentido se desarrolló una investigación de enfoque cuantitativa cuya población y muestra estuvo conformada por 213 servidores. This research study aims to explain how there are external factors that directly influence the management of scientific and technological research projects financed with resources from the socioeconomic development fund of Camisea (Focam) of the National University of Huancavelica (UNH).
