In the last ten years multinational enterprises had experienced a rapid growth, and at the same time, the interest in the subject and its controversies too. This has translated in the appearance of different investigations. This bibliography contains the controversies of the internationalization of production; the transference, commercialization and employment of technologies; in the differences between host country and central country (or parent company); and finally, the controversy of future perspectives. Here we have gathered the research produced in Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and German, between 1970 and 1973.

Currently there is confusion about the role of interest rates, due in part to the inflationary process is given and it is relatively new to a country with little tradition of inflation. It says, for example, that the interest rate should not increase because of business failures would cause or that the interest rate should increase because it needs to encourage savings. This article aims to provide the framework for discussion relevant to analyze the economic policies that have been taken and to be taken in the future with respect to the interest rate.

Presenta un conjunto de 44 casos de análisis económico buscando ilustrar la forma de analizar ciertos problemas en los que el ingrediente económico es importante. La razón social de las empresas que se describen en los casos es ficticia pero ellas existen realmente por lo que la mayor parte de los casos presentados está basada en hechos auténticos pero adecuados para fines de educación y discusión en clase. Para cada caso se presenta, en la parte final del libro, un breve planteamiento de solución.

Existe confusión actualmente en torno al papel de las tasas de interés debido, en parte, al proceso inflacionario que se da y que es relativamente novedoso para un país con escasa tradición inflacionaria. Se dice, por ejemplo, que la tasa de interés no debe aumentar porque originaría quiebras de empresas o que la tasa de interés debe aumentar porque se necesita incentivar el ahorro. El presente artículo pretende aportar el marco de discusión relevante para analizar las medidas de política económica que se han adoptado y las que habrán de adoptarse en el futuro, con respecto a la tasa de interés.

Los últimos diez años han mostrado un rápido crecimiento de las empresas multinacionales, produciéndose, paralelamente, un aumento de interés por el tema y por la controversia creada alrededor del mismo. Dicho interés se ha traducido en la aparición de diversos trabajos. Esta bibliografía contiene las controversias surgidas de la internacionalización de la producción; la transferencia, comercialización y empleo de tecnologías; en las divergencias entre país anfitrión y país central (o empresa matriz); y finalmente las controversias de las perspectivas futuras. Se han recopilado así los trabajos aparecidos en español, portugués, inglés, francés y alemán en el periodo 1970-1973.

Beams of neutrinos have been proposed as a vehicle for communications under unusual circumstances, such as direct point-to-point global communication, communication with submarines, secure communications and interstellar communication. We report on the performance of a low-rate communications link established using the NuMI beam line and the MINERvA detector at Fermilab. The link achieved a decoded data rate of 0.1 bits/sec with a bit error rate of 1% over a distance of 1.035 km, including 240 m of earth.
