El objetivo de la presente investigación ha sido calcular la huella de carbono del proyecto Rehabilitación y Mejoramiento de la Carretera Huaura – Sayán, Tramo Huaura - Sayán - Puente Tingo, mediante el protocolo GHG. El método aplicado es de un nivel descriptivo, longitudinal, debido a que se analizarán cambios en el tiempo, abarcando un periodo desde enero a diciembre de 2015 en las variables climáticas o en las relaciones entre estas; y, es aplicada, por su finalidad. Los resultados obtenidos se consignan en la tabla 3, donde destacan en participación de las emisiones directas, los tractores (11.8%), los cargadores (11.4%), las excavadoras (21.7%) y los volquetes (26.6%), en promedio a lo largo del año. The objective of this research was characterize and determine the effect of native strains of Azotobacter spp. on the vegetative growth of Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. "Tomato" as an alternative to the indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers. Samples were taken from roots and rhizosphere soil of vegetables from which dilutions (10-4) in Ashby-sucrose broth and incubated at 30 °C to observe a yellow color, turbidity and surface film. We report a case of a 23-year old HIV-infected man who presented to the Emergency Department with abdominal pain, chronic diarrhea and weight loss of two months duration. A plain X-ray film of the abdomen showed dilated small bowel loops with air- fluid levels, ultrasonography of the abdomen showed intestinal dilatation and the presence of fluid in the abdominal cavity. After 8 days being hospitalized we decided to perform surgery in this patient, because of the development of peritoneal signs. We performed an exploratory laparotomy, where a perforation 40-cm distant from the ileo-cecal valve was found, surrounded by a tumoral mass. The lesion was excised and the pathology examination showed the presence of chronic inflammation and tissue repair, with a severe lymphocyte, plasma cells and macrophage infiltration was found, compatible with histoplasmosis.
