In the present research, the fruit of the tomato sacha (Solanum betaceum Cav.) From two zones of the Cajamarca region was evaluated, a morphological, compositional, proximal, mineralogical and phytochemical profile was evaluated. The average results of the analyzes were: morphological the proportion of pulp 79,81 %, seed 13,13 %, husk 6,22 %; the average weight of the fruit was 75,61 g; with respect to the dimensions of the fruit we have: length 65,23 cm and width 40,17 cm; According to cielab method the color of the fruit is yellowish red; the hardness of the pulp was: -1,75 Lb; 84,45 % moisture content; ash of 1,02 %, proteins of 2,02 %, lipids 0,065 %, crude fiber of 8,03 %, nitrogen-free extract of 4,37 % and soluble solids of 9,83 ° Brix. The current study evaluated Geoffroea decorticans (Hook. et Arn.) fruit, from the coastal desert in the department of Ica (Perú), well known by the name of "Sofaique" and in other regions "Chañar". The main objective of this research was to obtain data about its physicochemical and nutritional composition; the sample was extracted of fruit and was separated into three parts: epicarp, mesocarp and pit. The AOAC methodology was applied in order to determine its chemical and nutritional properties using only the mesocarp with samples of 3 grams each. For the physical characterization, the fruit dimensions were measured in its three axes (polar, equatorial and caliber) with a digital caliper and the weight by an analytical weighting scale. En el presente trabajo se determinó la durabilidad natural de la madera de duramen de Schizolobium amazonicum (pino chuncho) proveniente de plantaciones forestales de 17 años de edad del Bosque Nacional Alexander von Humboldt en Ucayali, siguiendo los lineamientos de la Norma ASTM D 2017 y de la Norma Técnica Peruana 251.027, empleando madera de Swietenia macrophylla (caoba) como testigo de alta durabilidad natural, y madera de Simarouba amara (marupa) como testigo de baja durabilidad natural. Para tal efecto se emplearon cultivos puros y frescos de hongos de pudrición blanca Pycnoporus sanguineus y Schizophyllum commune.
