Estamos conmemorando 200 años de la independencia del Perú. En este ensayo presento, en primera persona, mi experiencia y la experiencia colectiva de algunos extranjeros en este momento histórico. Esta etapa de nuestra historia como nación se presenta como una oportunidad para celebrar y, asimismo, evaluar qué se ha hecho con la libertad alcanzada. La independencia no solo es un regalo de los libertadores, sino también una tarea para la generación presente y las futuras, responsables de construir una nueva cultura cívica y lograr así una segunda independencia. Evalúo las amenazas y oportunidades que se nos presentan en este año bicentenario. Como extranjero viviendo en el Perú, muestro el papel que hemos tenido en la primera independencia y los aportes que podemos realizar a la segunda independencia. As a process of human interaction, society has explored different perspectives in its multidimensional approach, and it might be argued that this has influenced education as a social, historical and citizenship issue, subject to economic, political and social models that have been developed across the world, giving rise at every stage in the history of humankind to a new educational molding force for individuals, and the development of human identity. Social identity is seen as the sense of belonging to society experienced by the individual, through the adopting of behaviors and ways of thinking which significantly influence the formation of civic values, particularly with regard to participation in civic decision making.

For the Kukama Kukamiria indigenous people (Peru), a diversity of agents (human and non-human) are constantly interrelated through a large network in which the different intertwines allow associative communication (contrary to social communication). From the theoretical proposal of neomaterialism (Lemos, 2013; Lemos, 2020) and the actor-network (Latour, 2005; Latour, 2012), this relational coexistence is studied through the videos produced by Radio Ucamara, owned and directed by members of the Kukama Kukamiria indigenous people. From a qualitative, cross-sectional, observational-descriptive analysis, indigenous communication processes are studied from four songs (Parana, Omagua, Aparecimos and Kamatia) that appeared on the YouTube platform of Radio Ucamara between 2015 and 2019.
