The aim of this study was to evaluate three concentrations of centrifuged egg yolk in a commercial diluent for bovine semen. Ejaculates from four bulls were obtained and semen collections were made by electroejaculation and artificial vagina. The sperm obtained were divided into three aliquots supplemented with 10, 20 and 30% centrifuged egg yolk (YHC). Semen freezing was done in 0.5 ml straws. Thawed semen was evaluated for total (MT) and progressive motility (MP), vitality (VE), abnormal morphology (MA) and plasma membrane integrity (MI). El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar tres concentraciones de yema de huevo centrifugada en un diluyente comercial para semen bovino. Se obtuvo eyaculados de cuatro toros y se realizaron las colectas de semen por electroeyaculación y vagina artificial. Los espermatozoides obtenidos fueron divididos en tres alícuotas suplementadas al 10, 20 y 30% de yema de huevo centrifugada (YHC). Se realizó la congelación del semen en pajillas de 0.5 ml. Al semen descongelado se le realizó evaluaciones de la motilidad total (MT) y progresiva (MP), vitalidad (VE), morfología anormal (MA) e integridad de la membrana plasmática (IM).
