RESUMEN El objetivo de este trabajo fue determinar la relación entre las deficiencias lingüísticas y la comunicación escrita en los estudiantes de la Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica. Su alcance fue correlacional. Los métodos empleados fueron: científico, descriptivo y correlacional; como instrumento fue empleado el cuestionario con el que se recogió datos sobre el dominio lingüístico y la competencia escrita de los estudiantes. Y como resultado se obtuvo rechazo de la Ho y aceptación de la hipótesis general (Ha) de investigación. Luego se acepta la primera y séptima hipótesis específica (Ha) de investigación; en cambio, las cuatro hipótesis específicas (Ha) restantes fueron rechazadas y aceptadas las hipótesis nulas (Ho). El presente estudio describe y analiza los recursos lingúísticos básicos de los ingresantes a la carrera profesional de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas, en la Universidad Nacional de Huancavelica. Se propuso, bajo la perspectiva del análisis discursivo, determinar el grado de déficit de recursos lingúísticos básicos con que los adolescentes ingresan. Se empleó el método descriptivo, y se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue el cuestionario. Se consideró tres aspectos lingúísticos: el uso de los deícticos, el empleo de un léxico básico y el dominio ortográfico. El resultado nos muestra que un 4 % logró la escala muy bien, el 29 %, necesita mejora, y el 67 %, no se evidencia. This work tries to describe the process of regulation of telework-remote work. It is a qualitative work whose applied method is hermeneutic. Observation through a documentary record was used as a technique. It has been found in the INEI that there is a minimum (5%) who suffer from physical or mental disability or limitation; the highest percentage (21%) are able to work and many are unemployed. In conclusion, there is a presence of disabled people whose activities can be carried out virtually and in this pandemic it would have been appropriate to take advantage of the implementation of the regulations that had already been given. Therefore, the need to regulate work other than face-to-face work remains latent so that all those who cannot do pre-specialization feel included in their right to decent work.

This research work is basic; descriptive, explanatory and dogmatic, based on a systematic induction. Its purpose is to describe the status of the de facto separation and the reasons that cause the dissolution of the marriage bond in the judicial district of Puno. For this purpose, he used the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive method, under a mixed approach (quantitative-qualitative). The population was made up of the rulings of thedifferent family courts of the judicial district of Puno. The observation technique was used, the instrument of which was the documentary observation record.
