El objetivo de la presente investigación es evaluar la degradación del azul de metileno (AzMe) empleando óxido de hierro en su forma de hematita (��� − ������2���3) soportado en liparita, en un reactor empacado de flujo continuo en estado estacionario. La hematita es sintetizada a partir del drenaje ácido de mina, utilizando el pasivo ambiental de Quiulacocha (Simón Bolívar – Región Pasco) aplicando una precipitación selectiva para recuperar el hierro (III). In this investigation the degradation of a methylene blue sample was evaluated using the principle of the homogeneous Fenton Like process where iron as a catalyst was recovered from a synthetic sample of acid mine drainage by selective precipitation. Globally, acid mine drainage is considered an important residue of extractive mining and its uncontrolled dumping has negative effects on the ecosystem. Recovering a waste and using it as input to treat another is a relevant opportunity. Selective precipitation of iron was performed using a saturated solution of calcium hydroxide. El objetivo de la investigación es sintetizar el reactivo Fenton a partir del drenaje ácido de mina para la decoloración del azul de metileno. La tendencia mundial a una nueva propuesta en los procesos productivos en función a los principios de la Química Verde y la promoción de las 3Rs (reducir, reutilizar y reciclar), dan la posibilidad de investigar sobre la precipitación selectiva del drenaje ácido de mina para obtener sulfato de hierro(III) y ser utilizado en la síntesis del reactivo Fenton-like. The Relationship between Forest Cover Loss and Annual Rainfall in the Departments of Peru, 2013-2022

Forest masses participate in the hydrological cycle and precipitation patterns. Therefore, the loss of these forest masses has significant implications for atmosphere-surface dynamics. The objective of this article is to determine the influence of forest cover loss on annual rainfall in the departments of Peru during the period 2013-2022. The methodology was quantitative, use: longitudinal non-experimental design, with panel data and a random-effects model was estimated. The results reveal a positive and statistically significant relationship between tree cover loss and total annual precipitation, specifically, a 1% increase in deforestation is related to an average increase of 0.186% in annual rainfall. Rainfall and temperature are essential inputs for agricultural production, especially climate change- related ones. In turn, it is necessary for the development and survival of both men and animals at all biotic levels. In a reserve of great importance for the country, such as the Pacaya Samiria, these two factors play a preponderant role in the survival of animals and inhabitants ofit. In this paper, VAR analysis with Granger's causality was used to determine the relationship between both variables. It was shown that there was a short-term positive relationship between climate change and rainfall in Pacaya Samiria.
