El presente estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los factores asociados a la ansiedad y depresión en pacientes con síndrome coronario agudo (SCA) al alta hospitalaria de un centro de salud peruano. Los pacientes al alta del servicio de hospitalización de cardiología entre noviembre de 2019 y diciembre de 2020 fueron evaluados mediante un estudio transversal. La mediana de tiempo transcurrido desde el evento de SCA hasta la fecha de la entrevista fue de 10 meses. El 34,1% de la población presentó depresión leve y el 78,8% ansiedad leve. Nuestros tres análisis indicaron que los pacientes que habían asistido a la universidad tenían niveles significativamente más bajos tanto de depresión como de ansiedad, y los pacientes con diabetes tenían niveles significativamente más altos de ansiedad. The aim of this study was to provide additional data on mortality from COVID-19 with particular attention to the factors associated with the positivity of patients admitted to the Lambayeque Hospital in Peru. A retrospective cohort analysis was carried out to determine the clinical-epidemiological factors associated with positivity for SARS-CoV-2 in patients treated at the Lambayeque Regional Hospital during the health emergency period in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was observed that, as the demographic age group increased, the percentage of seropositivity increased, with 66.8% of elderly adults testing positive, compared to 37.4% of children (p < 0.001).
