The article describes an analysis of the social responsibility of the economic group CEMEX, which, through its leadership and strategies, has come to be recognized as a world organization in the construction area; and for their responsible actions with society, the environment, vulnerable communities, and others. The behaviors and attitudes that favor performance in an organization are the cause of its success, such is the case of the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas (UAT). A qualitative study was used in which the perceptions of the collaborators regarding the behaviors that can be presented in the organizational culture were analyzed, through a dichotomous response survey with an adaptation of the factors proposed in the Organizational Normative Behavior Questionnaire. As a result, it was obtained that the behaviors in the organizational culture at the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas (UAT) favor the performance of its collaborators and are present in more than 70% of the population. It is concluded that the factors quality, collaboration, consideration, orientation to authority and competition are above the threshold of 70% established.

This article shows a comparison in the Administration of human capital in two organizations, the Drinking Water and Sanitation System (SAS), a decentralized body of the Municipality of the Center of the state of Tabasco and the Circle K Corporate. The objective of the article was to analyze Comparative processes of human resources administration of both organizations through a qualitative methodology. The data collection technique used consisted of semi-structured interviews with the managers of both organizations, whose transcription was carried out with the Atlas.ti 9 software, through the use of categories and the generation of quotes and codes.
