The main objective of this research work was to determine the significant relationship between financial education and financial management of users of banking entities in the province of San Martín. The scope of the study was quantitative, non-experimental cross-sectional design of correlational scope, non-probabilistic sampling for convenience consisted of 290 users, whose ages ranged from 18 to 56 years (44.48% men and 55.52% women); to whom the financial education and financial management questionnaire was administered. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo describir la importancia de la gestión financiera y las causas de la morosidad en instituciones educativas peruanas. La metodología utilizada fue descriptiva. Asimismo, la gestión financiera es una herramienta de importancia porque permite advertir el estado económico de la entidad educativa para tomar mejores decisiones reduciendo la morosidad y evitar la insolvencia económica. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación significativa entre educación financiera y la gestión financiera de los usuarios de entidades bancarias de la provincia de San Martín. El alcance del estudio fue cuantitativo, diseño no experimental transversal de alcance correlacional, muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia estuvo constituida por 290 usuarios, cuyas edades fluctuaban entre 18 a 56 años (44.48% varones y 55.52% mujeres); a quienes se administró el cuestionario de educación financiera y gestión financiera. Most education systems around the world, schools in Peru turned to online teaching in late March 2020, after face-to-face classes were halted due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Although few teachers were prepared to teach their lessons online in this setting, the study aimed to determine the relationship between job stress and burnout syndrome during the pandemic in teachers of a Peruvian educational association. The study was quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional and of a nonexperimental design, where the sample consisted of 105 teachers who were selected through a nonprobabilistic convenience sampling.
