El acelerado mundo actual y su creciente complejidad imponen a las organizaciones nuevos retos que afectan su supervivencia, para lo cual los avances tecnológicos ofrecen innegables ventajas a través del ahorro de costes. Sin embargo, su aplicación genera numerosos problemas, pues, a diferencia de lo que sus fabricantes preconizan sobre la facilidad de su utilización, adecuarse a estas tecnologías demanda procesos de aprendizaje de las personas encargadas que ralentizan su efectividad. Frente a esta situación, a las organizaciones les resulta más rentable la externalización —offshore outsourcing— de ciertos servicios o procesos de negocio.

The Constitution and the Code of Criminal Procedure, as well as international treaties ratified by Chile, oblige the state to offer free legal assistance to those who require it, which is especially relevant in the criminal sphere. On the riots or social unrest that occurred in Chile in the last quarter of 2019 and early 2020, the Public Criminal Defense Office adopted a set of measures to offer legal defense to those who were detained or indicted by the criminal prosecution bodies. This research compares crime behavior in the country between 2017 and 2021 and identifies the social unrest crimes. These are a group of crimes whose frequency increased considerably during the turbulent months: 1) burglary, 2) public disorder, 3) disturbances to public order, and 4) attacks and threats against authorities. La cuenca del río Tambo (1318) se ubica en la zona sur occidental del territorio peruano, entre las coordenadas UTM 8096000-8260000 N y 196000-404000 E, correspondiente a la zona 19 sur. Hidrográficamente la cuenca está limitada por el norte con las cuencas de los ríos Quilca-Vítor-Chili, Camaná, Coata, Ilpa; por el este con la cuenca del río Ilave y, por el sur, con las cuencas de los ríos Locumba, Moquegua y Honda.
