"El Ministerio de Cultura, en alianza con el Instituto de Estudios Peruanos (IEP), organizó este año un Ciclo de Conversatorios denominado “Todas las sangres, un Perú”, en homenaje a los cincuenta años de publicada la novela de José María Arguedas y en alusión a uno de nuestros objetivos principales: colocar en el centro de la agenda pública la discusión y valoración de la diversidad cultural y el modo en que nos relacionamos con ella en el Perú de hoy. La diversidad cultural es uno de nuestros principales orgullos, pero ha sido al mismo tiempo un reto muy complejo, pues ha convivido con instituciones, ideologías, normas y hábitos que la han puesto en cuestión.
