Coffee is a product widely consumed worldwide, because it has a stimulating and energizing power. In addition, the drying process is an essential factor that influences the final quality of the product, in this sense, the objective of this article was to estimate the humidity of parchment coffee by using an automated solar dryer, using mathematical models. The models used were multiple linear regression and nonlinear regression, the same as those determined with the R and Curve Expert Professional software respectively. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la gestión de talento humano con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Universidad Nacional Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza (UNTRM). La indagación fue cuantitativa, relacional, observacional, prospectivo, transversal y analítica; la muestra estuvo constituida por 75 trabajadores administrativos, la información se recolectó mediante un cuestionario con validez de contenido de 0.86; y confiabilidad de 0.836. Los resultados indican que el 54.7% demuestran un mejoramiento continuo en sus expectativas y el trabajo en equipo para lograr una mejor eficiencia, reflejado en el cumplimiento de sus actividades y metas previstas.
