Objective: To know the expectations of the tourist as a user of the motorcycle taxi service in thecity of Tarapoto, using the principal component analysis technique. Method: A descriptive levelresearch was analyzed, with a non-experimental cross-sectional research design. The sample wasmade up of 150 tourists using the motorcycle taxi service. The variable “motorcycle taxi serviceexpectations” was grouped into four main components that include 59.03% of the total varianceexplained. Results: The main components found for the model are called: component 1, drivercompliance; component 2, passenger comfort; component 3, personal image of the driver andcomponent 4, respect for the environment. El propósito de esta investigación es exponer el avance de la personalidad de marca (PM) para fines de posicionamiento estratégico (PE) cuyo análisis involucre herramientas, modelos y sectores económicos. La metodología utilizada es una revisión sistemática de la literatura con una ventana de observación de 2018 a 2021; los principales hallazgos muestran que el análisis de correspondencia y el mapeo perceptual son herramientas que permiten medir el PE. “The new modality caused by COVID-19 has significantly affected tourism, from the decrease in demand and the deterioration of facilities due to lack of budget to the point of becoming unattractive. In response to this, the objective of this research work is to design and validate a scale to measure Brand Personality in Tourist Destinations (BPTD). The results were structured in three phases. In the first phase, an exhaustive search of the bibliography and first version of the instrument were generated. Moreover, a panel of 12 professionals between academics and managers was held, who evaluated the features and content validation by a panel of 7 experts. El objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar la relación de los valores personales y los estilos de liderazgo de los gerentes de empresas asociadas a la Cámara de Comercio, Producción y Turismo de la Región San Martin, 2018. La investigación es de tipo descriptiva – correlacional con un diseño no experimental transversal, la muestra estuvo conformada por los gerentes de las empresas asociadas haciendo un total de 141 encuestados. The purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between knowledge management (KM) on organizational effectiveness (EO) in the public sector. The sample consisted of 220 collaborators from the district municipalities of Morales, Tarapoto and La Banda de Shilcayo in the San Martín region. Two questionnaires were used to collect the data. The validity of the instruments was developed through expert judgment, for which it requested the analysis of the items regarding their clarity, congruence, context and domain of the construct, by three experts; who gave their assessment on the content validity of the questionnaires. On the other hand, the reliability of the instruments was obtained through the Cronbach's alpha index in a pilot sample of 15 study units.
