Introduction: The Peruvian jungle is a geographical area with a high birth rate, and it has the highest proportion of teenage mothers; DHS revealed that only 28.4% of teenage women in the country have ever used contraception. Objective: To identify the perception of adolescent mothers regarding the use of contraceptive methods in communities annexed to the district of Masisea-Ucayali in 2018. Materials and Methods: Qualitative study of the “Phenomenological" type The population studied was made up of adolescent mothers between 12-19 years of age. The quality of university education in Peru is governed by the Board of Evaluation, Accreditation and Certification of Quality University Education (CONEAU). The assessment sheet CONEAU in the medical career, has 98 qualification standards, of which No. 33 is related to the number of students per teacher in the theories and practices of laboratory or clinical practice (1). In recent years, the number of vacancies offered this career is on the rise. Objective: To determine the association between depression and the domains of geriatric assessment. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional analytic study was conducted in five highland communities from Ayacucho, Peru. Trained personnel administered structured questionnaires, including the Geriatric Depression Scale (GDS), Pfeiffer Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ), Katz Index of Independence in Activities of Daily Living, and Abbreviated and modified Gijon's social-familial evaluation scale (SFES).
