El objetivo estadístico de la presente investigación fue determinar de qué manera el Clima Organizacional influye en la Satisfacción Laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad del Distrito de Pocollay, Región Tacna, año 2016. Para tal propósito fue necesario encuestar a los trabajadores que laboran en dicha institución; para procesar datos y probar las hipótesis, se usó la Estadística Descriptiva e Inferencial, software SPSS y Ms-Excel. Los resultados demuestran primeramente que el nivel de satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores es Regular con un 47,7 % y el clima organizacional es moderado con un 55 %; asimismo, clima organizacional se relaciona significativamente con la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Pocollay, Región Tacna, año 2016. The aim of the study was to describe the truth and validity of knowledge from the theory of decoys by supposed false premises.
