El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar en qué medida el programa “Cristaliza tus ideas” es eficaz para la producción de textos argumentativos, en los estudiantes del I ciclo en la EP de Educación de la UPeU. La investigación tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, cuyo diseño es pre experimental; los participantes fueron 22 estudiantes. Para el desarrollo del estudio se elaboró un instrumento validado por expertos. El análisis de los resultados a través de la prueba t demostró que existen diferencias significativas (p<0,05) entre la aplicación del programa y la producción de textos argumentativos; se obtuvo en la microestructura una media de 5.7 antes; un 15.82 después, con una diferencia promedio de 10.045; asimismo, la macroestructura con una media de 5.73 antes y 14.27 después, con una diferencia promedio de 8.545; paralelamente, la superestructura con una media de 1....

The aim of this research is to catalog the predictive factors, consequences and solutions of school disruption, in the context of school coexistence and student learning. To achieve this goal, several investigations on school disruption have been addressed concerning to their conceptions, their predictive factors, disruptive behaviors, consequences, solutions and theories. In conclusion, the prevention and solution of disruptive behaviors are very important. In this sense, a deep and reflective analysis must be carried out on the contexts, the predictive factors and the consequences; also interpret disruptive behaviors correctly, creating an environment of communication and coexistence, according to theories and systemic approaches.
