El presente estudio tiene como objetivo principal identificar las características clínicas, epidemiológicas, y las principales manifestaciones clínicas asociadas al tratamiento, en pacientes que recibieron esquema de tratamiento para tuberculosis extremadamente resistente, en el Hospital Nacional Hipólito Unanue, ubicado en El Agustino, periodo 2013 - 2017. Estudio observacional, retrospectivo, transversal y descriptivo. cuya población estuvo conformada por 60 pacientes con diagnóstico de tuberculosis extremadamente resistente. La muestra, obtenida con técnica no probabilística por conveniencia del investigador, estuvo conformada por 38 pacientes, que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión; se excluyeron 8 historias clínicas por estar incompletas, y, no se tuvo acceso al resto de historias clínicas. Pretende determinar la prevalencia e identificar las características de litiasis renal en pacientes del Hospital de Emergencias Grau durante el periodo octubre a diciembre del 2017. Identificándose los factores de riesgo predominantes a la litiasis renal puede implementarse programas de prevención que contribuyan a disminuir el deterioro de la calidad de vida de nuestros pacientes.
