El Duelo por pérdida fetal es un proceso difícil de superar y enfrentar, ya que depende del significado de Maternidad que las mujeres han ido incorporando desde la temprana infancia a partir del modelo materno heredado y sus vivencias de vida. Este trabajo se realizó bajo un lenguaje cualitativo, con la matriz epistémica fenomenológica.
