Peru is one of the main producers of fine aroma native cacao, expanding its areas considerably in recent years, which makes it necessary to seek adequate management alternatives to obtain advantageous yields. The present work had the objective of testing the influence of Trichoderma sp. endophytic strains on the agronomic characteristics of ecotypes of Theobroma cacao L. under nursery conditions, Cajaruro district, Utcubamba, Amazonas, Peru. The Trichoderma strains evaluated were Trichoderma breve; T. harzianum; T. longibrachatum; T. afrojarzianum, and Trichoderma sp. which were inoculated on cocoa seedlings of ecotypes CCN51; TCHS565; and nativo fino de aroma. La broca del café (Hypothenemus hampei ferrari) es una de las principales plagas del cultivo de café a nivel mundial. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo evaluar la actividad biológica de cepas nativas de Beauveria sp. sobre la broca del café Hypothenemus hampei (Ferrari) en campo definitivo en el caserío de Zarumilla provincia de Rodríguez de Mendoza región Amazonas. Se utilizó un Diseño Factorial en Bloques Completamente al Azar con tres repeticiones, ocho tratamientos incluido el testigo. Los tratamientos evaluados fueron: T1 cepa AB.sp. P3; T2 cepa AB.sp F34; T3 cepa AB.sp F5; T4 cepa AB.sp F39; T5 cepa AB.sp P23; T6 cepa Beauveria bassiana; T7 cepa AB.sp. P20; T8 testigo.
