The purpose of the research was to identify the types of activities carried out by children of the peasant community in rural areas. The methodology is descriptive, for this purpose, observation instruments, an interview guide for home visits and a survey questionnaire have been designed; the participants were 16 students between boys and girls from 1st to 6th grade and their parents. Parents and their minor children were surveyed by visiting their homes from 5 p.m. from now on, because they have more time for interviews than in the morning; likewise, an interview has been conducted with the school's teachers. Resilience is what soldiers face in the process of becoming soldiers, the various stages of which can cause stress in their preparation. The aim was to determine the relationship between levels of resilience and coping styles with stress in soldiers in the VRAEM of the Peruvian Army in 2018, using a scientific and descriptive method, at the descriptive level, with a non-experimental correlational design, with a sample of 137 soldiers from the 31st Infantry Brigade, using the resilience scale (Wagnild & Young, 1993) adapted by (Castilla, 2014) and the dispositional form of the Ways of Coping Questionnaire (Carver, 1989) adapted by (Salazar, 1993) as instruments. In the investigation, it was contrasted to hypothesize "The application of the PETRACOMLINE strategy significantly improves the level of knowledge of the entrepreneurial soft skills of two students of a Public Technological Higher Education Institute of the Junín region". It was investigated with a quantitative approach and with a quasi-experimental design, in a sample of 60 students. Six sessions were held, with six extracurricular tasks, to develop six skills, applying a test to measure or knowledge about soft skills at the end of the experiment, obtaining as a result that the experimental group presented a better level of knowledge than the control group.

Na investigação foi contrastada a hipótese "A aplicação da estratégia PETRACOMLINE melhora significativamente o nível de conhecimento das soft skills empreendedoras dos alunos de um Instituto de Ensino Superior Tecnológico Público da região de Junín". Foi investigado com abordagem quantitativa e com desenho quase-experimental, em uma amostra de 60 alunos. Foram realizadas seis sessões, com seis tarefas extracurriculares, para desenvolver seis habilidades, aplicando-se um teste para medir o conhecimento sobre soft skills ao final do experimento, obtendo como resultado que o grupo experimental apresentou um nível de conhecimento melhor que o grupo controle.
