Antecedentes: Durante la pandemia, la Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia (UPCH) implementó un programa de teleconsulta docente (TCD) gratuita, donde los pacientes son atendidos por médicos y alumnos de medicina. Así, se han atendido alrededor de 1300 pacientes; sin embargo, hasta la fecha se desconoce la satisfacción de los usuarios y los factores asociados a esta. Objetivos: Determinar los factores asociados a la satisfacción de los pacientes luego de ser atendidos en una TCD en el servicio de medicina familiar ofrecida por la UPCH entre Mayo 2021 y Enero 2022. Wallenberg syndrome is the most common ischemic stroke of the posterior circulation, caused by an atherothrombotic obstruction of the vertebral or the postero-inferior cerebellar artery. This occlusion leads to ischemia in the lateral portion of the bulb, which results in the representative triad of Horner’s syndrome, ataxia on the ipsilateral side of the lesion and sensory alterations. There is a greater risk of suffering from this condition with anatomical variations such as a hypoplastic and/or duplicated vertebral artery.
