The aim of this paper is to clarify the relationship between constructivism and Kantian moral philosophy. In this sense, it begins by showing what moral constructivism is and how it is a position in metaethics that seeks to clarify the question of the objectivity of moral judgments in a better way than the traditional positions in the field: moral realism and moral anti-realism. It then deals with Kantian moral constructivism as one of the most developed and studied versions. In this way, the relationship between constructivism and the critique of reason, practical reason, and the moral autonomy of the person will be clarified. Finally, the most relevant conclusions of the study are presented.

The text deals with the crisis of democracy and examines the possibilities of the theory of reciprocity to deal with it. The theory of reciprocity has one foot in the philosophical work of Kant. We first present the relationship between crisis and criticism present in his work, and then move on to the rearticulation of criticism in the theory of reciprocity. With this, democratization is presented to deal with the crisis. Since networks of trust and the gift have a central place in such terrain, we will examine the capacities that such elements offer to face the crisis.

The current work expounds how the Critique of Pure Reason not only incorporates a criticalMetaphysics, but can be useful as a basis for developing the critical theory of society, asthe representatives of the Frankfurt School do. This is possible, illuminating the fact thatreason is not something outside the world but is found in people who are in a specific socialworld. In this way, the reason is the basis that enables the exchange of reasons amongpeople, in order to develop an immanent critique of society.

The present work takes on the Kantian concept of ethical community as a critical starting point to construct a conception of civil society that can cope with the pretensions of an exaggerated capitalism that has been articulated through the forging of a global self-regulated market. In order to carry out the analysis, classical works in economic anthropology, such as those of Marcel Mauss and Marshal Sahlins, together with Karl Polanyi’s studies on economics, sociology and economics have been taken as additional support and re-evaluated through the perspective of contemporary works on political and social philosophy.

The present work arises from the philosophy of religion and presents the way in which certain forms of religion introduce themselves as a form of ideology whose purpose is to connect people with the ideals of neoliberalism. It is in this sense that a study of the so-called Theology or Gospel of Prosperity is carried out. As an antidote to this form of ideology, it proposed to strengthen the prophetic voice of religion.

This paper addresses the issue of right and left feminism in the context of the neoliberal revolution. To do this, it begins by examining the discussion on whether a right-wing feminism is possible with the aim to frame the discussion in such a manner that allows us to see it in light of the neoliberal era and to bring to the table the distinction between oppression and exploitation. In a second part of the paper, the current debate on feminism and abuse is examined through the debate generated by the Charter of French intellectuals against the #metoo movement, the intervention of Mario Vargas Llosa regarding a supposed feminist inquisition in literature and in art, and the controversial attacks of Camille Paglia against contemporary feminism. The paper ends by articulating both parts and exploring two tensions in the feminist debate.

This paper presents how republicanism from civil society allows a critique of the phenomena present in contemporary societies, especially forms of despotism that are based on dogmatisms and fundamentalisms. To that end, he begins by presenting the way in which Hume and Rousseau's thoughts are used by Kant to articulate a republican conception. Next, he goes on to see how this conception allows criticism of contemporary civil society.

The present work seeks to offer a philosophical approach to the phenomenon of populism, an approach that differs from the one that comes from the social sciences because it offers critical and normative aspects. In this sense, the anticognitivism and dogmatism of the populist proposals will be criticized and the Kantian ideal of the Kingdom of ends will be opposed to the substantive concept of the people offered by populist theorists such as Ernesto Laclau.
