La presente investigación titulada: Gestión de recursos humanos y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de la Unidad Básica de Atención Primaria, Gamarra, 2016, es de tipo de investigación básica, usa el método descriptivo y diseño no experimental descriptivo correlacional. La muestra estuvo conformada por 133 trabajadores, Para la recolección de datos se usó la técnica de la encuesta. En función a los resultados reportan que el 14.3% manifestó el nivel de mala, el 27.8% regular, y el 57.9% se encuentra es nivel de buena gestión de recursos humanos de los trabajadores de la Unidad Básica de Atención Primaria, Gamarra 2016, sin embargo, es necesario tener en cuenta que existe una mayoría significativa que se encuentra en el nivel de buena.

The model was taken from the literature, which was developed using the Arrhenius equation and experimental data. A first-order kinetic equation was takenfor enzyme inactivation. The model parameters were determined by linear and nonlinear regression, reporting confidence intervals. The experimental data showed that the maximum activity acting on sucrose and inulin was reached at 55 °C and that these activities were highly sensitive to higher temperatures.
