This study compiles updated information related to the sanitary aspects of bivalve mollusks and shrimp in Peru. The purpose was to determine the action needs of aquaculture health professionals, focusing on the generation of new knowledge and innovation that benefit the fishing and aquaculture sector through the training of human capital and the development of technologies for the diagnosis of diseases in aquatic animals.
