La presente tesis tiene como objetivos determinar los factores que influyen en la implementación del expediente judicial electrónico-EJE, la edad en la vía urgente otorgada al usuario y la aplicación de la tasa laboral en el pago de intereses previsionales. La investigación tiene enfoque cualitativo con un diseño sustentado en el análisis de entrevistas,sentencias judiciales, tesis y revistas, para tal efecto empleó tres instrumentos como guía deentrevistas, sentencias y de bibliografía, respectivamente. The Current of Brazil (CB) system is associated with the movement and generation of eddies associated with the current. And, to establish the main chain system o the Brazilian region, a region of enormous economic, biological and geopolitical importance for Brazil. The amount of current in Brazil is mainly inuenced by local training, bathymetry and baroclinic and barotropic instability. The calculation of the volumetric transport of the Brazil Current (CB) and the Intermediate Contour Current (CCI) at 23 ° S is performed in this work using data from reanalysis of the HYCOM-NCODA model. A historical leak series was analyzed using basic statistics and a wavelet transformation. The results of the wavelet spectrum show a well-marked annual cycle in CB and CCI. As well as the dierent variation patterns between CB and CCI, the latter found greater variability in the spectrum.

The aim of this study was to analyse the association between participation in constructive play activities and executive function levels in preprimary school children from rural schools in the Milagro district. The research used a quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional design and included a purposive sample of preschool pupils who met inclusion criteria related to age, regular attendance and absence of reported neurological diagnoses. A standardised battery assessed executive functions, and a systematic observation protocol captured constructive play during guided free-play sessions in the classroom.
