The present research sought to establish how human talent development policies should be oriented towards the improvement of hotel service quality. El presente estudio tiene como objetivo demostrar la efectividad de la implementación de un programa de capacitación para mejorar la productividad laboral en el Gran Hotel Huánuco – 2023. Con respecto al método se empleó el nivel explicativo, tipo aplicada, diseño cuasi experimental. La muestra consistió en 38 colaboradores del hotel. Se utilizaron encuestas como técnica del estudio y cuestionarios como instrumento de recolección de datos.
