Introducción: Para el año 2022, en el Perú, el cáncer de cervicouterino fue la primera neoplasia con más frecuencia en la población femenina, registrándose desde 348,186 muertes a 661,044 casos por cáncer cervicouterino, siendo el Virus del Papiloma Humano, una causa primordial en su desarrollo. La prevención contra el VPH radica primordialmente en la vacunación contra este, lastimosamente para el año 2016 el porcentaje de vacunación contra el VPH en Perú resultaron bajas, incluyendo únicamente al 55% de la población peruana, considerándose una gran problemática de salud pública. Es por tal motivo que este estudio se enfocó en determinar los factores asociados a la aceptación de la vacuna contra el VPH por parte de los padres en Lima Metropolitana en sus hijas. The mortality rates, geographical distribution and trends of kidney cancer in South America remain poorly explored. This study aims to illustrate mortality by kidney cancer in Peru. Methods A secondary data analysis of the Deceased Registry of the Peruvian Ministry of Health database, from 2008 to 2019 was conducted. Data for kidney cancer deaths were collected from health facilities distributed throughout the country. We estimated age-standardized mortality rates (ASMR) per 100,000 persons and provided an overview of trends from 2008 to 2019. A cluster map shows the relationships among 3 regions.
