Cien pollitos Cobb 500 de un día de edad, de ambos sexos, fueron empleados en un ensayo de alimentación en el que se evaluó el efecto de la inclusión de un producto emulsificante-surfactante en la dieta sobre el consumo de alimento, incremento de peso vivo, peso y rendimiento de carcasa, conversiónalimenticia y mérito económico. One hundred chicks Cobb 500 one day old, ofboth sexes, were used in a feeding trial in which the effect of the inclusion of an emulsifier-surfactant product in the diet on the food consumption, increase of live weight, weight and performance of housing, feed conversion and economic merit.
