Las organizaciones se desarrollan en un marco empírico donde prevalece el enfoque organizacional en los procesos donde esfuerzos aislados, las cuales no se concentran para una mayor competitividad organizacional en el mercado. En la actualidad el sistema de gestión de la calidad permite a las diferentes organizaciones adoptar por iniciativa un modelo basado en enfoque por proceso, obteniendo así resultados óptimos en los procesos y productos y por consiguiente la competitividad empresarial de la mano con la satisfacción del mercado.

The purpose of the study was to address the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), applied in the practice of Micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs), in light of the advances and limitations of responsible business practices and to determine its particular link with the sustainable development.
