The purpose of the study was to address the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), applied in the practice of Micro and Small Enterprises (SMEs), in light of the advances and limitations of responsible business practices and to determine its particular link with the sustainable development. From the bibliographic review referring to the analysis and evaluation of CSR that various institutions, companies and universities have been carrying out on the socially responsible behavior of companies in Peru, it has been found that CSR is still an incipient practice in the actions of companies, whatever their size and nature. El presente trabajo se realizó con el propósito de evaluar la satisfacción del cliente chileno en hoteles tres estrellas de la ciudad de Tacna, 2018. Se tuvo en cuenta 17 establecimientos listados por la SUNAT en la categoría mencionada, de los cuales 11 participaron proporcionando la información pertinente para el desarrollo del estudio. Por lo anterior, se aplicó una encuesta a través del modelo SERVPERF, estructurada por cinco dimensiones: tangibilidad, fiabilidad, capacidad de respuesta, seguridad y empatía; conformada por 22 ítems que permitieron conocer la percepción del cliente frente al servicio de los hoteles.
