Introduction: While stressing the importance of health workers in sufficient quantity and quality, the member states of the Andean Health Organization - Hipólito Unanue Agreement (ORAS / CONHU) have launched initiatives aimed at generating and disseminating knowledge on policies, strategies and models of human resource management. Objective: To analyze the component of Human Resources for Health Management, identifying models used and their contribution to the set up of a health system based on primary care. Objetivo: conocer la influencia de la intervención educativa en la mejora del nivel de conocimiento para la prevención del COVID 19 en consumidores de la botica Canofarma agosto 2022. Metodología: esta investigación presentó un enfoque cualitativo, el método fue deductivo, el tipo fue aplicado, el diseño fue no experimental, el tipo de muestreo fue probabilístico, sistemático. La técnica empleada para el recojo de muestra fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario, los datos fueron analizados siguiendo las técnicas estadísticas pertinentes.
